Maryland Flag and Town Flag at Half-Staff

This is to advise that Mayor Dan Burris has ordered the Maryland State Flag and the Town of Leonardtown Flag flown at half staff immediately in honor of John Savich, St. Mary’s County Administrator, who passed away on January 7, 2013 and or  former Mayor and Commissioner for the Town of Leonardtown, Edward H. Long who passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.  The flags are to remain lowered until sunset on the day of their interment.

 a program that provides weekend retreats, in St. Mary’s County, for our wounded warriors that are undergoing treatment at one of the many military facilities in MD, DC and VA.

Doors open at 1:00, Auction starts at 2:00

$3.00 per bid paddle, (you may purchase as many as you want)

Items donated by some of the vendors listed below:

Pampered Chef, Celebrating Home, Avon, Tupperware, Tasteful Treasures, Tastefully Simple, Homemade Gourmet, Scentsy, Party Lite, Dove Chocolatier, Lia Sophia, Thirty One, Tomboy Tools, Longaberger, Princess House, MarketAmerica, Keepsakes and Country Friends, Miche, Creative Memories, Vantel Pearls, Cookie Lea and gift cards from local merchants and other misc items.  Cash and Carry available from all of these vendors.

All bids are between 1 and 4 quarters (dollar bills are accepted)
