Planner I Position

The Town of Leonardtown is accepting resumes for a full-time Planner I position.  Responsibilities include interaction with public, builders and developers for project review, permit requirements, compliance of regulations and permit processing.   Coordination of Planning and Zoning meetings and staff reports is also expected.   Individuals must have good customer service skills and be able to multi-task.  A bachelor’s degree in planning or related field or an equivalent combination of experience and training is required.
