New Preliminary
Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM’s) Issued this Year
In March of this year FEMA
released new preliminary FIRM maps for St. Mary’s County. The new and old maps
are on file in the Town Office for those residents wishing to review them for
potential flood insurance implications. New FIRM maps will be become effective
in late 2015.
