Commissioners of Leonardtown
Notice of Public Hearing
The Commissioners of Leonardtown will hold a public hearing
on May 13, 2019 at 4:15 p.m. in the Town Office, located at 22670 Washington
Street, Leonardtown, MD.
The purpose of the hearing is to present for public
review and comment, changes to Chapter 62- Development Impact Fees of the code
of Leonardtown. Ordinance No. 190 proposes changes to
the water impact fee.
A copy of the
proposed ordinance is available for review at the Town Office.
All interested parties are encouraged to
attend or to submit written comments by 4:00 p.m. on May 13, 2019 to the Commissioners of Leonardtown, P.O. Box 1,
Leonardtown, MD 20650.
Special accommodations will be made for persons with
disabilities upon request.
