THE COMMISSIONERS OF LEONARDTOWN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners of Leonardtown will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at
4:15 p.m. at the Town office at 22670 Washington Street, Leonardtown, MD.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments on Ordinance No. 211 – Chapter 62. Development Impact Fees. An ordinance for the purpose of: increasing the amount of wastewater impact fees payable upon the issuance of occupancy permits in the Town of Leonardtown.
Comments will also be received on Ordinance No. 212 – Chapter 150 – Water and Sewer of The Code of The Town of Leonardtown. An ordinance for the purpose of amending § 150-18 (Payments and Charges) of the Code of Leonardtown to provide for a late fee for delinquent utility accounts.
