LEONARDTOWN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners of Leonardtown will hold a public hearing on Monday,
February 13, 2023 at 4:15 p.m. at the Town office at 22670 Washington Street, Leonardtown,
MD.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments on Ordinance
No. 214 – The Commissioners of Leonardtown Infrastructure Bonds, 2023 Series A.
An ordinance for the purpose of: providing for the issuance and sale by the
Commissioners of Leonardtown of an aggregate principal amount not to exceed
nine million dollars ($0,000,000) of bonds of the issuer, to be known as “The
Commissioners of Leonardtown Infrastructure Bonds, 2023 Series A”
Comments will also be received on Ordinance No. 215 – Chapter 60
– Critical Areas of the Code of the Town of Leonardtown. An ordinance for the purpose of amending
Chapter 60 – Critical Areas of the Code of the Town of Leonardtown § 60-7 –
Growth Allocation to correct certain minor errors inadvertently enacted by Ordinance
No. 204.
