The Town of Leonardtown will hold its Town Council meeting on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. with a Public Hearing at 4:15 on Ordinance No. 206 Streets and Sidewalks and a Workshop held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

THE COMMISSIONERS OF LEONARDTOWN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners of Leonardtown will hold a public hearing on
Monday, May 10, 2021 at 4:15 p.m. at the Town office at 22670 Washington
Street, Leonardtown, MD. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments on Ordinance
No. 206 – Streets and Sidewalks of the Code of the Town of Leonardtown.
An ordinance for the purpose of: Amending Chapter 128 (Streets
and Sidewalks), § 128-3 of the Town Code for the purpose of providing that no
sidewalk, alleyway or roadway or private entrance or exit to or from said
sidewalks, alleyways or roadways within the corporate limits of Leonardtown
shall be obstructed in any manner, except with the permission of the Mayor and
Council first having been obtained.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend or to submit
written comments by 4:00 p.m. on May 10, 2021 to: leonardtown.commissioners@leonardtownmd.gov or
