Sneak Peeks of Leonardtown Wellness and Aquatics Center. 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, August 6, and 4 to 8 p.m., Saturday, August 7, College of Southern Maryland Leonardtown Campus, 22950 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown.
The public is invited for two sneak peeks of the new Leonardtown Wellness and Aquatics Center. Opening in September, the building features a fitness center, two group exercise studios, a six-lane, 25-yard, lap pool and a zero-depth-entry therapy pool. The center will be open for sneak peeks during Leonardtown’s First Friday and Saturday’s Beach Party. CSM students will also be on-hand to assist children in painting windows in downtown Leonardtown as part of the fun.
