Notice of Rezoning Public Hearing
The Leonardtown Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at the Town Office, 41660
Courthouse Drive, regarding Tax Map 32, Parcel 178 and Parcel 314.
The purpose of the hearing will be to present
for public review the request to rezone this parcel from Residential - Single
Family (R-SF) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) and to receive public comment.
Copies of the documents are available for public review at the Leonardtown Town
Office.
The public is invited to attend and/or send written comments to be
received by January 20, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. to the Commissioners of Leonardtown,
P.O. Box 1, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
