Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners of Leonardtown have passed, and the mayor has approved, Ordinance No. 213 – Code of Ethics of the Town of Leonardtown. A fair summary of the ordinance will follow:
Ordinance No. 213 – Chapter 9 – Code of Ethics of the Town of Leonardtown to incorporate amendments enacted by the Maryland General Assembly pursuant to House Bill 363 – Chapter 252, Acts of 2021 and House Bill 1058 – Chapter 425, Acts of 2021.
Ordinance No. 213 will become
effective December 5, 2022. Full text of
this ordinance may be obtained at the Town Office at 22670 Washington Street,
Leonardtown, MD between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and
