Fair Summary of Ordinance
No. 233
Notice
is hereby given that the Commissioners of Leonardtown have passed, and the
Mayor has approved, Ordinance No. 233 for the purpose of amending the Town of
Leonardtown Comprehensive Zoning Map to apply Town zoning classifications to
three recently annexed properties. The Ordinance applies Highway Commercial
(C-H) zoning to the Hall Property, shown on Tax Map 32, Grid 14, Parcel
96; Mixed Use Planned Unit Development (PUD-M) zoning to the
Johnson/Anthony Property, shown on Tax Map 41, Parcel 235; and Single-Family
Residential (R-SF) zoning to the Johnston Property, shown on Tax Map 41,
Adjusted Parcel 266 and located at 22620 Cedar Lane Road. Full text

Street, Leonardtown, MD between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday
